Life As A Youth By MAIN MC
Eases With Time
This is my most recent track "eases with time", i got the inspiration for the title with the fact everything i feel gets easier with time especially the more you practice, as is life, i feel this is a good representation of where i'm at, again it flows nicely and includes some nostalgic sounds so press play and be enlightened.
Whats The Golden Age?
Thats what we find ourselves still in until our lives end or good music stops getting produced, Good music is golden and rarely found sometimes i find it my job to keep producing, collecting and sharing as much classic and quality music as possible so for me these are the best days of our lives and it doesnt stop yet.
Stay Lit By MAIN MC
Sunset Fell On The Council Tower
Thats the title of another popular song of mine, perfect for seeing a late summer sunset or even playing into the evening whatever the mood you are sure to love this track which you can find in the play button, this track is a lovely fusion of house sounds mixed with hip hop, rnb and other sounds has a very chilled and ambient mood to it has a classic feel right from the start so click the play button and enjoy a bit of council magic.
Influences
I'm very much into hip hop/ rap and have been for over 10 years of my life, i also love a variety of genres including chillout and house even going as far as pop and classical. My favorite era is the mid 80s/90s and style my music around that sort of sound but don't get me wrong the modern generation has provided some classics too. My biggest influences are snoop dogg, dr dre, 2pac, biggie, krs one, ODB etc. Some of my house influences include disclosure and the sounds often heard and shared on the youtube channel subsoul.
The Massive Ability Shows
The beat (Life As A Youth) is one of my most popular tracks and not a single penny was put into promotion, it's had thousands of views now and still reels them in. It's a well put together track that includes some vintage sounds with thumping old school hip hop kicks and well controlled and mood setting bass it then continues with synths and strings. My aim with my tracks is to bring a modern twist on old classics and i think this one does that very well. Then if you play the song in the box called "The Don" you will hear some of my most recent and strongest efforts at bringing a perfect well rounded beat. It hasn't had much notice up until now but i've had good comments about it and i know it will stand the test of time it also reminds me of a similar sounding tune on the godfather hence the name "the don" and could be considered a classic one day, it uses a lively hip hop drum loop and features some well put together melodies including rhodes keys, synths and strings that will sure to bring you some joy, be sure to listen and keep up to date with all the MAIN happenings.
The Glory Days
Here is another of my recent tracks, highly underrated and pretty unusual in a good way i think you will love it it has a dam funk sort of vibe very classic and nostalgic again, very chilled with the rhodes piano melody building up with strings amazing pads and guitar strums and a belting groovy bassline to top it off so click the play button and listen to the beauty of glory days.
Stay Lit My Friend
Keeping lit is an essential in all aspects of life, fire beats to smoke to, fire smoke to light this next beat is a real one to blaze to and would probably get "B Real's" west coast approval it kicks in all aspects i start with an unbeatable rhodes melody over a g funk drum loop it then builds up quite quickly into atmospheric pads, guitar strums, more addictive piano and keys and then starts again. This had over a hundred listens i know it's not millions but it's a start and i believe you'll love this track and it should deserve more listens too, so listen to stay lit by clicking the video produced by yours truly, (MAIN MC).
Next Let's Head To The Club!
It's party time right now and you can celebrate with a session booster track that i made with dirty skanky bassline a thumping heavy drum loop and some very interesting sounds and samples, this is a different sort of style i've developed quite recently but i believe i know what a good party/club track sounds like and believe i'm making some bangers so have a listen and keep on supporting. You can find (Head To The Club) in the play button.
So that's it for some of my most popular beats and tracks i hope youve been entertained and of course you can find me on my socials which are in the links on my home page, you will find the best in all things rap/hip hop, chillout, soul, rnb etc. I guarantee you will leave satisfied, thank you all!

Nafe Smallz, Highs & Lows, Play the video and see where the hype should be at, it's had a decent amount of listens but should have had more, its a brilliant high quality autotuned modern uk hip hop style track and its been on my playlist from day one and i've not stopped playing it for 2 years.
Other Interests

I love a variety of different cultures including italian american mafia films and shows especially the sopranos tv series which is some of the best quality tv that has ever been aired in my opinion, obviously the godfather 1, 2 and 3 were all brilliant i think too. I also very much like HBO's tv shows and films including series like Game Of Thrones which i thought was incredible start to finish, boardwalk empire another great gangster programme, the wire which showed you a different side to america's drug problem and especially in african american households, i even watched oz which was a brilliant prison series drama.

Goodfellas, what an all round belter of a film and thanks for introducing layla piano exit to me!

Afroswing is getting bigger in the uk thanks to NSG, an afrobeat group who specialize in broken english rhymes and modern native rhythms.
Its all about the streets with some people and NSG know their ends and are respected even in their homeland performing regularly at live shows. I've included a video of their most recent track unruly which is a UK street banger it's absolute gold.

The following includes scenes of a violent nature and graphic scenes so this is not for children, and i do not condone gang violence of any nature also. I Also don't own the rights to any of the movie and series clips i have uploaded, so here are some good tv mob hits (fictional and factual);
Big Jim Colosimo at his own restaurant in the early 1900's, Boardwalk Empire.
Big Pussy Bonpensiero in the sopranos, on a private boat.
Prop Joe, The wire.
Cheese, The Wire.
All of these were pretty interesting hits and pieces of film from some of tvs best in my opinion so press play and see what you think.
I've also included some business discussions with some of tvs hardest and most street educated.
One being the street dwelling drug lord marlo stanfield from the wire , another being from the famous film scarface and alejandro sosa, one of my favorite characters ever, has a problem and michael is inducted into sorting it. I'm sure youve seen some of these before but hopefully you enjoy and watch them again.
Some more of my best beats and tracks;
1: Mainland, Really funky and groovy beat of mine and pretty recently made includes organ samples with melodic keys etc.
2: Ain't No Telling, Modern era rap/trap beat and another good quality melody this one includes some vocals too.
3: Deep Blue, This one takes us away from the rap and into house mode once again really good melody in this one very creative and original too so it should keep you involved.
4: Krystal Night, Another one of my minimal house tracks this one includes some very sought after sounds of course mainly being created off the back of one of my favorite instruments the electric/rhodes piano. This one should have you sessioning or at least planning to.
So take some time to listen to a bit of current greatness as i plan to change the way the north east of england sees music and even the world.
